Everything you need to know about drug testing, DOT compliance, FMCSA rules, and our services. Can't find your answer? Call or WhatsApp us.

Booking & Visits

No appointment needed Monday–Friday 9 AM–1 PM — just walk right in. Saturday and Sunday testing is available by appointment only. Call 206-518-2097 or message us on WhatsApp to schedule a weekend slot.

Bring a valid government-issued photo ID — driver's license, passport, or state ID. For DOT tests, your employer may need to provide a completed Custody and Control Form (CCF). If unsure, call us beforehand and we'll walk you through exactly what's needed.

The on-site collection takes 10–20 minutes. Lab results return within 24–72 hours depending on the test type. Negative results often come back faster. We'll notify you as soon as results are available.

We are at 10803 SE Kent Kangley Rd, Suite 202, Kent, WA 98030. Plenty of parking on-site. Get directions →

DOT & Non-DOT Testing

DOT drug tests are federally mandated for safety-sensitive employees — CDL truck drivers, pilots, railroad workers, transit employees — and must follow strict guidelines under 49 CFR Part 40. Non-DOT tests are for private employers who want to implement their own workplace drug-free policies, with customizable panels.

The standard DOT 5-panel screens for: Marijuana (THC), Cocaine, Opiates (including heroin and some prescription opioids), Amphetamines (including meth and MDMA), and Phencyclidine (PCP). The 10- and 12-panel non-DOT tests additionally screen for benzodiazepines, barbiturates, oxycodone, and more.

DOT-regulated employers must test in these situations: Pre-employment (before a new hire operates a commercial vehicle), Random (unannounced throughout the year), Reasonable Suspicion (supervisor observes signs of impairment), Post-Accident (after qualifying accidents), and Return-to-Duty (after a violation and SAP evaluation).

FMCSA & Random Consortium

The FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse is a federal online database storing real-time records of CDL drivers' violations. Employers must perform a full query before hiring a CDL driver and an annual limited query for all current CDL employees. We help you register, run queries, and stay fully compliant.

If you hold a CDL and operate a commercial motor vehicle, the DOT requires enrollment in a random drug and alcohol testing program. Owner-operators without employees must join a C/TPA (Consortium/Third-Party Administrator) pool — that's us. We manage pool membership, random selection, notifications, and recordkeeping. At just $99/year it's the easiest way to stay compliant.

If a DOT test returns a confirmed positive, you must be immediately removed from safety-sensitive duties and referred to a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for evaluation. After completing the SAP's recommended program, you'll need to pass a Return-to-Duty test before resuming work. Follow-up testing will also be required. We can guide you through the entire process.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Absolutely. All testing is HIPAA-compliant and strictly confidential. Results are shared only with the designated employer representative or the MRO as required by federal regulations. We never share your information with any third parties beyond what is legally required.

Yes! While our physical site is in Kent, WA, we work with employers across all 50 states. We coordinate testing through our partner network and handle all compliance documentation, consortium management, and Clearinghouse queries remotely.
